What you can raise here
- A complaint about content on the platform, or about another user's conduct.
- A complaint about how a specific job, payment, or dispute was handled, if you're not satisfied with the outcome from Support.
- A concern about how your personal data has been collected, used, or shared — see our Privacy Policy.
- Any other concern about Future Disha not being run in line with these published policies.
For a day-to-day issue with a specific job, payment, or account — the kind of thing our support team can act on directly — raise it at /support first. The Grievance Officer is for complaints that need to be escalated beyond that, or that are about the platform itself.
What happens after you write in
We'll acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receiving it, and aim to resolve it within 30 days, in line with the timelines set out in the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
If you're still not satisfied
If your complaint isn't resolved to your satisfaction, you can also approach:
- The National Consumer Helpline (1915, or consumerhelpline.gov.in) for a consumer complaint.
- The Data Protection Board of India, for a complaint about how your personal data was handled.
- Your local consumer disputes redressal forum, for a formal legal complaint.
